Honest comparison

Sanaf AI Solutions vs hireEZ

hireEZ is the better buy if you run a real talent acquisition function: it layers agents over your ATS for sourcing, applicant review, screening, scheduling and pipeline nurturing, backed by a large profile database. Sanaf is the better buy if there is no talent function to layer over, because it holds hiring coordination as one job among many from Slack or Microsoft Teams.

hireEZ describes itself as agentic AI on top of your ATS, spanning sourcing, screening, interviews, hiring and analytics, with agents that source, screen, schedule and nurture on command. It carries a large profile database and a talent CRM for keeping candidates warm over time. It is sold to talent acquisition leaders and recruiters, through sales.

That whole shape assumes a recruiting operation exists. Sanaf assumes the opposite: hiring happens a few times a year, nobody owns it, and the cost is the weeks lost between steps. Under that assumption a talent platform is far too much machinery, and a coordinator is about right.

  • You want a talent CRM so candidates you did not hire stay warm for the next opening.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is Sanaf an ATS?
No, and it does not replace one. It coordinates around the systems you already run through the connections you grant it. If you need an applicant tracking system, buy one; this is the work around it.
Does Sanaf keep candidates warm over time?
It can follow up on a cadence you set as a job, but it has no talent CRM and no profile database behind it. Systematic nurturing of a pipeline you are not currently hiring from is a specialist capability.
Which is cheaper?
We publish our pricing and hireEZ does not, so an honest comparison is not possible here. What we can say is which model each of us uses: prepaid credit against work done, against a quoted platform contract.
