Why Sanaf exists
Every owner we know has tried the AI tools. They are impressive for a week and then the work is still there, because a tool waits for someone to drive it. The reply is drafted, not sent. The invoice is worded, not chased. Somebody still has to do the job.
We built Sanaf to be the colleague, not the tool. It has a job description for every job you hand it, a seat in the Slack or Teams your team already uses, logins scoped to each job, and rules you set for what it may do on its own. You give it the work and it comes back with the work done, or with the one question it needed to ask you first.
How we think about it
A hire earns trust; software does not get to skip that. So Sanaf asks before anything it cannot undo, and you decide, one kind of action at a time, what it may do without asking. Everything it does is written down, and the bill is for the work it did, in plain dollars. We would rather you hand it one job you can watch than five you cannot.
How we build it
Honest about what it can do
Sanaf says so when it does not know, and so do we. If a job is not ready to hand to an AI employee yet, the page and the product both tell you.
You stay the manager
Rules per kind of action, a trial period before it acts on its own, and a record of everything it did. Autonomous is not the same as unsupervised.
Pay for the work, not the seat
