Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Sanaf AI Solutions product or service (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. These Terms apply to all users, including free trial users and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Services

Sanaf AI Solutions provides AI-powered SaaS products for local and small businesses, including but not limited to EmbedIQ (website Q&A chatbot), EmbedIQ Sites (managed site builder), and Postgenic (social media automation). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding agreement to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@sanaf.io if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except within the 30-day money-back guarantee window for new subscribers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from our software

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Services — including software, design, trademarks, and content — is owned by or licensed to Sanaf AI Solutions. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Services. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and display that content solely to provide the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanaf AI Solutions and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sanaf AI Solutions is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
