Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sanaf AI Solutions: this website, the console at employees.sanafai.com, and the Sanaf AI Solutions app in Slack and Microsoft Teams, all operated by Sanaf AI Solutions, LLC (“Sanaf AI Solutions”, “we”, “us”). By creating a workspace or installing the app you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if you act for a business, that business.

The service

Sanaf AI Solutions is one AI employee for a business. You give it jobs, connect the apps it should work in, and it does the work inside those apps, asking a person before any action it cannot undo and keeping a record of what it did. We may change or improve the service over time and will tell you about changes that matter.

Your workspace and your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for the business you act for.
• You are responsible for the people you invite into your workspace and for what they ask Sanaf AI Solutions to do.
• You must have the right to connect the apps and accounts you connect, and to give Sanaf AI Solutions the data it works with.

Credits and payment

• Sanaf AI Solutions is credit-priced. A new workspace starts with free credits; after that you buy prepaid credit packs. Credits are consumed by the work Sanaf AI Solutions does, at the rates shown in the console before you buy.
• Credits do not expire.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Purchased credits are not refundable except where the law requires it, or where the service failed to work as described.
• Prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude any taxes we are required to collect.

What an AI employee’s work is

Sanaf AI Solutionsproduces its work with AI models. It can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and it can misread a request. It asks before actions it cannot undo, but you are responsible for reviewing its output and for the decisions you make with it. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, or financial advice without a qualified person’s review.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sanaf AI Solutions to:

• break the law, or the terms of the apps and platforms it works in;
• send unsolicited messages, harass people, or impersonate someone;
• access data or accounts you are not authorized to access;
• probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or try to extract its models or prompts;
• build a competing service by systematically extracting its output.

Your data

Your data stays yours. Our Privacy Policy says what we collect, how it is protected, and how to delete it. We use your data to run the service for you and for nothing else; we do not train AI models on it.

Third-party apps and platforms

Slack, Microsoft Teams, and every app you connect are provided by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make that affect Sanaf AI Solutions.

Ending the service

You can delete your workspace at any time from the console, and remove Sanaf AI Solutions from Slack or Teams at any time. We may suspend or end a workspace that breaks these terms, and will tell you why. Unused purchased credits at the time you delete your workspace are forfeited.

Intellectual property

Sanaf AI Solutions, its software, branding, and design belong to Sanaf AI Solutions, LLC. The output Sanaf AI Solutions produces for you, and the data you give it, are yours.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable and accurate but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanaf AI Solutions, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we will post the new version here and, for material changes, tell you in the console or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States.
