Solutions by business

The office work, done while you are on the job.

Every quote request that waits until evening is a job someone else booked. Sanaf answers the enquiry from the van, asks the questions you would ask, books the visit into your real calendar, sends the reminder, and chases the invoice after the job. You keep the tools you already use.

At work

An illustration of how the conversation reads, not a transcript from a client account.

For a contractor, Sanaf is the office you never had time to hire: it answers enquiries as they land, qualifies the job, books the visit, sends the confirmation and the reminder, drafts the quote from your price list, and chases the invoice once the work is done. It works inside your job software, your inbox and your calendar.

Sound familiar?

The work that is still there, and what changes

Quote requests come in all day and get answered at night, if at all.

With Sanaf: It replies within minutes with the questions you need answered, and books the visit into a real opening.

No-shows and reschedules eat the afternoon.

With Sanaf: It sends the confirmation and the day-before reminder, and handles the reschedule without a phone tag.

Invoices go out late and get chased never.

With Sanaf: It drafts the invoice when the job closes, sends it, and follows up on a schedule until it is paid or flagged to you.

What it takes over

The routine, end to end.

  • First replies to enquiries, with the job qualified
  • Site visits and jobs booked into the real calendar, with confirmations and reminders
  • Quotes drafted from your price list for you to approve
  • Invoices drafted at job close and chased on a schedule
  • Review requests after the job, and a draft reply to each review
What waits for a person

Always, unless you say otherwise.

  • A price that is not on the list, or a job outside what you do
  • An unhappy customer, a complaint, or a warranty question
  • Anything a customer was promised on site that is not in the notes

Every rule is per kind of action, and it starts stricter than you will keep it. It drafts before it sends until you promote it. How it works.

Things people paste into the channel

Ask it the way you would ask a colleague

Lines from real jobs, as they are typed in Slack or Teams. It works in the thread and comes back with the work, or with the question it needs answered.

@Sanaf, reply to the enquiry about the boiler and book a site visit for Tuesday morning.

Draft the quote for the bathroom from the notes and photos in this thread.

Send the day-before reminders for tomorrow’s jobs.

Who has not paid from last month? Send the reminders and tell me who needs a call.

The jobs it holds here

4 of the thirty five, ready on day one

Each job comes with a written description you can read and edit. Hand it one, and add the next when the next pile appears; it is the same employee, with the same memory and the same credits.

Owns one lane

Appointments, calendars & reminders

  • Books appointments
  • Reschedules appointments
  • Sends reminders
  • Handles cancellations
  • Manages waitlists
  • Helps reduce no-shows

Where it stops: Anything that would double-book a crew, break a rule you set, or squeeze an unrealistic drive time gets flagged to a person before it lands on the calendar.

AI Sales Coordinator

07

Runs a function

Quotes, proposals & sales pipeline

  • Manages sales pipeline
  • Prepares quotes
  • Creates proposals
  • Tracks opportunities
  • Updates CRM
  • Supports sales representatives

Where it stops: Every quote and proposal is drafted for a person to price, check, and send. You prepare the work, a person signs off on the number.

AI Finance Assistant

17

Runs a function

Invoices, expenses & financial admin

  • Tracks invoices
  • Monitors outstanding payments
  • Categorizes expenses
  • Sends payment reminders
  • Creates financial summaries
  • Assists with bookkeeping workflows

Where it stops: You never move money and never make a payment. Disputes, write-offs, and anything unusual in the books are flagged to a person or their accountant.

AI Reputation Manager

04

Owns one lane

Reviews & online reputation

  • Requests customer reviews
  • Monitors reviews
  • Drafts review responses
  • Identifies unhappy customers

Questions

Before you hand it this job

Does it work with our job software?
It works inside the apps in the catalog, which includes the common field-service tools, and it sits alongside your inbox and calendar. If your software is not there, it can still run the job from the inbox and the calendar while we look at adding it.
I am not at a computer all day. How do I manage it?
From your phone, in Slack or Teams. It posts what it did and what it is waiting on, and you approve a quote or a reply with a tap between jobs.
What happens before it sends anything?
It watches and drafts first. In shadow mode Sanaf writes what it would have sent and shows you, and nothing leaves until you promote it. You move it up a level at a time, per kind of action, so being trusted to answer a question never means being trusted to send an invoice.
What does this cost?
You start free with $120 of credit and no card. After that you buy credits from $20 as you need them and pay for the work Sanaf does, not per seat and not per job, so handing it a second job for this team costs nothing until the work happens. The credit never expires.
