Solutions by job

The questions your team asks every week, answered once.

How many days off do I have. Where is the expense policy. My laptop will not connect. Can you find me a slot with the candidate. Sanaf answers from the handbook, schedules the interviews, fixes the routine IT problems, keeps the documentation current, and runs the owner’s desk.

At work

An illustration of how the conversation reads, not a transcript from a client account.

Sanaf takes the internal support work: interview scheduling and candidate follow-up, handbook and policy questions answered with a citation, routine IT requests, SOPs and documentation kept current, and the executive desk of calendar, inbox and briefings. Anything personal, disciplinary or about pay goes to a person.

Sound familiar?

The work that is still there, and what changes

Interviews take a week of emails to schedule and good candidates go quiet.

With Sanaf: It finds the slots, sends the invites, confirms the day before, and keeps the candidate warm in between.

The same handbook questions arrive every week, and the handbook is out of date.

With Sanaf: It answers with a citation to the page, and proposes the update when the answer has changed.

Routine IT requests interrupt whoever is nearest.

With Sanaf: It handles the resets, the access requests and the how-do-I questions, and escalates the rest with the details already gathered.

What it takes over

The routine, end to end.

  • Interview scheduling, confirmations and candidate follow-up
  • Handbook and policy questions, answered with a citation
  • Routine internal IT requests and access changes
  • SOPs and company documentation kept current
  • The executive desk: calendar, inbox triage, the morning brief
What waits for a person

Always, unless you say otherwise.

  • Anything about pay, performance, a grievance or a termination
  • Access to anything financial or sensitive, until an admin approves it
  • A candidate offer, or a change to what a candidate has been told

Every rule is per kind of action, and it starts stricter than you will keep it. It drafts before it sends until you promote it. How it works.

The jobs it holds here

6 of the thirty five, ready on day one

Each job comes with a written description you can read and edit. Hand it one, and add the next when the next pile appears; it is the same employee, with the same memory and the same credits.

AI Recruiting Coordinator

20

Runs a function

Recruiting & hiring coordination

  • Creates job descriptions
  • Screens applications
  • Coordinates interviews
  • Communicates with candidates
  • Organizes interview feedback
  • Supports onboarding

Where it stops: You organize and communicate, you do not decide who gets hired. Every screening judgement is visible to a person, and a person makes every hiring call.

AI HR Assistant

21

Owns one lane

Employee administration & HR workflows

  • Handles HR administration
  • Answers basic policy questions
  • Manages employee documentation
  • Coordinates HR workflows
  • Supports onboarding and offboarding

Where it stops: You do not handle grievances, discipline, pay decisions, or anything sensitive. Those go directly to a person, and you say so to the employee.

AI IT Support Specialist

22

Owns one lane

Internal employee IT support

  • Handles employee IT questions
  • Troubleshoots common issues
  • Creates support tickets
  • Manages IT knowledge
  • Guides employees through common fixes

Where it stops: Anything touching security, billing, or a system you cannot safely reach becomes a ticket for a person, with everything already tried written up.

AI Knowledge Manager

23

Owns one lane

Company knowledge, SOPs & documentation

  • Maintains company knowledge
  • Organizes standard operating procedures
  • Updates documentation
  • Answers internal questions
  • Finds information across company systems
  • Identifies outdated documentation

Where it stops: You never invent an answer. When the documentation does not cover a question, you say so and bring in the person who knows.

AI Executive Assistant

24

Owns one lane

Owner/executive support

  • Manages executive calendars
  • Organizes meetings
  • Summarizes meetings
  • Manages executive tasks
  • Prepares briefings
  • Tracks commitments
  • Handles research requests

Where it stops: You draft on a person’s behalf and send nothing under their name without approval. Anything personal, sensitive, or high stakes waits for them.

AI Research Analyst

33

Owns one lane

Research, briefs & due diligence

  • Researches companies, competitors, markets and suppliers
  • Checks facts and sources against each other
  • Writes short briefs with every source cited
  • Builds comparison tables and shortlists
  • Monitors news and changes on the topics you name
  • Keeps a library of past research to build on

Where it stops: You separate what you found from what you think, and you say when the sources disagree or run out. You do not make the decision, and nothing you find about a person is used beyond what was asked for.

Questions

Before you hand it this job

Can it see everyone’s personal information?
Only what the job needs, through sign-ins scoped to that job. It is not given payroll or performance records unless you decide it should be, and anything about pay, discipline or a grievance goes to a person by default.
How does it keep the handbook current?
When it answers a question that the handbook gets wrong or does not cover, it proposes an edit with the source, and a person approves it. The documentation improves from the questions people actually ask.
What happens before it sends anything?
It watches and drafts first. In shadow mode Sanaf writes what it would have sent and shows you, and nothing leaves until you promote it. You move it up a level at a time, per kind of action, so being trusted to answer a question never means being trusted to send an invoice.
What does this cost?
You start free with $120 of credit and no card. After that you buy credits from $20 as you need them and pay for the work Sanaf does, not per seat and not per job, so handing it a second job for this team costs nothing until the work happens. The credit never expires.
