Privacy Policy

Sanaf AI Solutions is a product of Sanaf AI Solutions, LLC(“we”, “us”). This policy covers this website, the Sanaf AI Solutions console at employees.sanafai.com, and the Sanaf AI Solutions app inside Slack and Microsoft Teams. We are the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect

• Account information. When you create a workspace we store your name, email address, and the sign-in provider you used (Google, Microsoft, Slack, or an email code). We never see your password for those providers.
• Messages you send to Sanaf AI Solutions. In Slack and Teams, Sanaf AI Solutions reads the messages that mention it, the direct messages sent to it, and replies in a thread it is already part of. It does not read other conversations.
• Connected apps. When you connect an app (your inbox, calendar, CRM, and so on), we store the access token that app issues so Sanaf AI Solutions can work in it, and the data it reads or writes while doing a job you gave it.
• Working memory. Sanaf AI Solutions keeps notes about your business, your preferences, and the work it has done, so it does not ask the same question twice. You can read, edit, and delete these notes in the console.
• Files and outputs. Documents, spreadsheets, images, and pages Sanaf AI Solutions produces or is given.
• Billing. Purchases of credits are processed by Stripe. We store the amount, the date, and a reference; we do not store card numbers.
• Usage and diagnostics. Which screens are used, errors, and performance data, so we can keep the product working.

How we use it

• To do the jobs you give Sanaf AI Solutions, and to show you what it did.
• To operate, secure, bill for, and improve the product.
• To answer your questions and tell you about changes to the service.
• To comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your messages, files, or connected-app data to train AI models.

Who processes it for us

Sanaf AI Solutionsruns on a small number of processors, each under its own data processing terms: Vercel (hosting and compute), Supabase (database and sign-in), AI model providers reached through Vercel’s AI Gateway (to produce Sanaf AI Solutions’s answers; the content of a request is sent to the provider for that request), Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (email delivery), Composio (connections to the apps you authorize), Slack and Microsoft (the chat platforms you install Sanaf AI Solutions in), and PostHog and Sentry (usage and error diagnostics).

How it is protected

• All traffic to and from Sanaf AI Solutions is encrypted in transit.
• Every workspace’s data is isolated in the database by row-level security, so one customer’s data can never be read through another’s session.
• Access tokens for connected apps are encrypted at rest with a key we hold separately from the database.
• Files are stored in private storage and served only through signed links.
• Sanaf AI Solutions asks a person before any action it cannot undo, and keeps a record of every action it takes, which you can review in the console.
• Messages from Slack and Microsoft Teams are accepted only after their signatures are verified.

How long we keep it, and how to delete it

• Your data is kept for as long as your workspace exists, so Sanaf AI Solutions can keep working from what it knows.
• You can delete individual memories, files, and connected apps from the console at any time. Disconnecting an app deletes its access token.
• Removing Sanaf AI Solutionsfrom Slack or Teams stops it reading that workspace’s messages immediately.
• When you delete your workspace, or ask us to by email, we delete its data from our live systems within 30 days. Backups age out on their own cycle after that.
• Billing records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@sanafai.com. We answer within 30 days.
