AI Agents

Lyzr, worked by an AI employee

Not another app for your team to learn, and not a set of rules for you to build. You hire an AI employee, you give it access to your Lyzr account, and you ask it for things in Slack or Teams the way you would ask anyone else on the team. There is nothing to map and nothing to maintain.

What Lyzr is

Build, run, evaluate, and manage AI agents and related Lyzr Studio services, including voice, responsible AI, simulation, memory, scheduling, workflows, and knowledge bases.

You paste in a key from your own Lyzr account. It is kept encrypted, and you can withdraw it from inside Lyzr whenever you like.

How a run works

One message in, the work done in Lyzr.

  1. 01

    You ask

You message your AI employee in the chat your team already has open, in one sentence, in your own words.

  2. 02

    It works out the step

It decides what the job needs in Lyzr. You do not pick anything from a menu or wire anything together.

  3. 03

    It does the work

Signed in to your own Lyzr account, inside the access you granted it, doing the thing you asked for.

  4. 04

    It reports back

It tells you what it did, in the same thread. If it could not do something, it says so rather than guessing.

22 tools it already has

What it can do in Lyzr

These are the ready-made tools your AI employee already has in Lyzr. It is not limited to them, but it never has to be taught these.

  • Add Memory MessagesStore a batch of conversation messages in Lyzr Memory for an owner, session, and optional agent, with optional synchronous fact extraction.
  • Chat With AgentSend a message or message history to an active Agent Studio agent and return its synchronous inference response for a session.
  • Clear Memory SessionPermanently clear messages and memories for one explicit owner and session in Lyzr Memory. Cross-session deletion is always disabled.
  • Create AgentCreate a single-task Agent Studio agent with an LLM provider, model, instructions, and optional tool configuration.
  • Create Agent ScheduleCreate a cron schedule that runs one Agent Studio agent with a message in a specified timezone.
  • Delete AgentPermanently delete one Agent Studio agent by ID.
  • Delete Agent SchedulePermanently delete one agent cron schedule and remove its associated scheduler job.
  • Evaluate Text With RAI PolicyApply one owned Responsible AI policy to text and return processed text, block decisions, warnings, detections, and redactions.
  • Get AgentReturn the current configuration and status of one Agent Studio agent by ID.
  • Get Knowledge BaseReturn one Lyzr Knowledge Base configuration by its known RAG configuration ID.
  • Get Simulation OverviewReturn aggregate Agent Simulation counts and average evaluation pass rate for the connected workspace.
  • List Agent SchedulesReturn one page of agent cron schedules, optionally filtered by user, agent, or active state.
  • List Agent Simulation IssuesReturn recent performance, error, and Responsible AI issues across monitored agents, optionally filtered by resolution and severity.
  • List AgentsReturn all Agent Studio agents owned by the connected API key, including IDs needed by lifecycle and inference tools.
  • List RAI PoliciesReturn Responsible AI policies owned by the authenticated user, including policy IDs and enabled guardrail configuration.
  • List SuperFlow ExecutionsReturn one page of SuperFlow execution records, optionally filtered by workflow and execution status.
  • List SuperFlow WorkflowsReturn all SuperFlow workflow definitions accessible to the connected API key, including workflow IDs and graph data.

  • Retrieve KnowledgeRetrieve relevant documents from a known Lyzr Knowledge Base using configurable basic, MMR, hypothetical-document, or time-aware retrieval.
  • Search MemoriesSemantically search stored memories for one owner, within one session or across that owner's sessions, using Lyzr's hybrid vector and BM25 retrieval.
  • Set Agent StatusActivate or deactivate an Agent Studio agent. Deactivated agents reject inference until reactivated.
Access, and who is in charge of it

You stay the boss of your Lyzr account.

Nothing connects until you approve it. You grant access one app at a time, you can take it back the same way, and everything your AI employee does in there is written down where you can see it.

How we handle your data
  • It signs in to your own Lyzr account. You are not moving anything into ours.
  • You grant access one app at a time, and you can take it back the same way.
  • Everything it does in Lyzr is written down, with what it did and when.
  • Anything you tell it to check with you first, it checks with you first.

It works in Lyzr and the rest of your software in the same job

A real job rarely stays in one place. Reading a message in one app, checking a record in another and writing the result in a third is one request to your AI employee, not three.

Questions people ask about Lyzr

Can an AI employee really work inside Lyzr?
Yes. It signs in to your own Lyzr account and works in it the way a new hire would, from the chat your team already has open. Nobody installs anything, and nobody learns a new screen.
Do I have to move anything out of Lyzr?
No. Nothing moves and nothing is replaced. Your records stay in Lyzr, your team carries on in the same screens they used yesterday, and your AI employee works alongside them in there.
How does it get into my Lyzr account?
You paste in a key from your own Lyzr account. It is kept encrypted, and you can withdraw it from inside Lyzr whenever you like. You approve it before anything connects, and you can take the access back the same way you gave it.
What can it actually do in Lyzr?
It has 22 ready-made tools in Lyzr today, among them Add Memory Messages, Chat With Agent and Clear Memory Session. The full list is on this page. It is not limited to those, but it never has to be taught them.
Can it use Lyzr and the rest of my software in the same job?
Yes, and that is usually the point. Reading a message in one app, checking a record in Lyzr and writing the result somewhere else is one request to your AI employee, not three separate ones you stitch together.
Who decides what it is allowed to do in Lyzr?
You do. You grant access one app at a time and can withdraw it at any time, anything you ask it to check with you first it checks with you first, and everything it does in Lyzr is written down with what it did and when.
