LINE, worked by an AI employee
Not another app for your team to learn, and not a set of rules for you to build. You hire an AI employee, you give it access to your LINE account, and you ask it for things in Slack or Teams the way you would ask anyone else on the team. There is nothing to map and nothing to maintain.

What LINE is
Use a LINE Official Account's Messaging API channel to manage messages, audiences, and rich menus.
You paste in a key from your own LINE account. It is kept encrypted, and you can withdraw it from inside LINE whenever you like.
It can also be told by LINE when something happens, rather than only doing things when you ask.
One message in, the work done in LINE.
- 01
You ask
You message your AI employee in the chat your team already has open, in one sentence, in your own words.
- 02
It works out the step
It decides what the job needs in LINE. You do not pick anything from a menu or wire anything together.
- 03
It does the work
Signed in to your own LINE account, inside the access you granted it, doing the thing you asked for.
- 04
It reports back
It tells you what it did, in the same thread. If it could not do something, it says so rather than guessing.
What it can do in LINE
These are the ready-made tools your AI employee already has in LINE. It is not limited to them, but it never has to be taught these.
- Create Rich MenuCreate a rich-menu definition and return its ID. Creation alone does not display it: upload an image, then set it as default or link it to a user.
- Create Rich Menu with ImageCreate a rich-menu definition and upload its JPEG or PNG image in one call. If image upload fails, the newly created definition is deleted automatically. The finished menu must sti
- Delete Rich MenuPermanently delete a rich menu by ID. Delete only a menu the caller owns or explicitly intends to remove.
- Download Message Content PreviewDownload LINE's reduced-size preview image for a retained image or video message whose contentProvider.type is line.
- Get Message Delivery CountGet the number of reply, push, multicast, or broadcast messages sent on one UTC+9 calendar date. A result can be unready, unavailableforprivacy, or outofservice instead of containi
- Get Rich MenuGet one Messaging API rich-menu definition by ID, including its canvas, tappable areas, and actions.

- List Rich MenusList all rich menus created through the Messaging API. Menus created in LINE Official Account Manager are not included.

- Set or Clear Default Rich MenuSet or clear the Messaging API default rich menu. Setting requires an image-backed rich menu; clearing does not delete the menu and does not clear a default managed in LINE Officia
- Upload Rich Menu ImageUpload a JPEG or PNG image for a rich menu. An image cannot be replaced for the same rich-menu ID; create a new menu to use another image.
What LINE can tell it about
It does not only wait to be asked. These are the things LINE can tell your AI employee about the moment they happen, so it can act without anyone noticing first.
- Message ReceivedFires when someone sends a message to your LINE Official Account. Covers 1:1 chats, groups and multi-person rooms, and every message type LINE delivers. Reply within one minute usi
You stay the boss of your LINE account.
Nothing connects until you approve it. You grant access one app at a time, you can take it back the same way, and everything your AI employee does in there is written down where you can see it.
How we handle your data- It signs in to your own LINE account. You are not moving anything into ours.
- You grant access one app at a time, and you can take it back the same way.
- Everything it does in LINE is written down, with what it did and when.
- Anything you tell it to check with you first, it checks with you first.
It works in LINE and the rest of your software in the same job
A real job rarely stays in one place. Reading a message in one app, checking a record in another and writing the result in a third is one request to your AI employee, not three.
Questions people ask about LINE
- Can an AI employee really work inside LINE?
- Yes. It signs in to your own LINE account and works in it the way a new hire would, from the chat your team already has open. Nobody installs anything, and nobody learns a new screen.
- Do I have to move anything out of LINE?
- No. Nothing moves and nothing is replaced. Your records stay in LINE, your team carries on in the same screens they used yesterday, and your AI employee works alongside them in there.
- How does it get into my LINE account?
- You paste in a key from your own LINE account. It is kept encrypted, and you can withdraw it from inside LINE whenever you like. You approve it before anything connects, and you can take the access back the same way you gave it.
- What can it actually do in LINE?
- It has 13 ready-made tools in LINE today, among them Create Rich Menu, Create Rich Menu with Image and Delete Rich Menu. The full list is on this page. It is not limited to those, but it never has to be taught them.
- Can it use LINE and the rest of my software in the same job?
- Yes, and that is usually the point. Reading a message in one app, checking a record in LINE and writing the result somewhere else is one request to your AI employee, not three separate ones you stitch together.
- Who decides what it is allowed to do in LINE?
- You do. You grant access one app at a time and can withdraw it at any time, anything you ask it to check with you first it checks with you first, and everything it does in LINE is written down with what it did and when.
