What CarsXE is

CarsXE provides vehicle data APIs for VIN specifications, recalls, license plate decoding, market values, history, images, recognition, and related automotive lookups.

You paste in a key from your own CarsXE account. It is kept encrypted, and you can withdraw it from inside CarsXE whenever you like.
