Call Tracking

CallOnTheGo, worked by an AI employee

Not another app for your team to learn, and not a set of rules for you to build. You hire an AI employee, you give it access to your CallOnTheGo account, and you ask it for things in Slack or Teams the way you would ask anyone else on the team. There is nothing to map and nothing to maintain.

What CallOnTheGo is

CallOnTheGo provides APIs for managing phone numbers, caller IDs, suppression lists, audio assets, contact lists, and Voice AI campaigns.

You paste in a key from your own CallOnTheGo account. It is kept encrypted, and you can withdraw it from inside CallOnTheGo whenever you like.

How a run works

One message in, the work done in CallOnTheGo.

  1. 01

    You ask

You message your AI employee in the chat your team already has open, in one sentence, in your own words.

  2. 02

    It works out the step

It decides what the job needs in CallOnTheGo. You do not pick anything from a menu or wire anything together.

  3. 03

    It does the work

Signed in to your own CallOnTheGo account, inside the access you granted it, doing the thing you asked for.

  4. 04

    It reports back

It tells you what it did, in the same thread. If it could not do something, it says so rather than guessing.

29 tools it already has

What it can do in CallOnTheGo

These are the ready-made tools your AI employee already has in CallOnTheGo. It is not limited to them, but it never has to be taught these.

  • Add Suppression EntryIdempotently add one phone number to the Do-Not-Call list. This change persists indefinitely because the API provides no removal route.
  • Cancel CampaignIrreversibly cancel a campaign and mark its queued or pending recipients cancelled. This changes the campaign to a terminal state but does not delete its record.
  • Create Caller IDAdd a caller ID and initiate a telecom-provider verification call to confirm ownership. Returns the caller-ID resource ID and verification code needed to complete verification; thi
  • Create CampaignCreate a draft Voice AI campaign from explicit caller ID, contact list, and audio resources. This only saves a draft: it does not launch the campaign, place or queue calls, or incu
  • Delete Caller IDPermanently remove an owned caller ID configuration.
  • Delete Phone NumberPermanently remove an owned phone-number configuration by ID; deleting a missing ID also reports success.
  • Get CampaignGet one campaign's configuration, lifecycle state, resource names, delivery metrics, and cost metrics.
  • Get Dashboard StatsReturn account-level call, contact, group, list, success-rate, and recent-activity summary metrics.
  • Get Voice ReadinessReturn runtime readiness, telecom provider assignment, and supported capabilities for diagnosing whether voice campaigns can run.
  • Launch CampaignValidate compliance, provision telecom isolation if needed, and launch a campaign. Launching immediately queues eligible recipients for calls and may incur call charges.
  • List Audio AssetsList campaign audio assets with playback, duration, transcript, and compliance details.
  • List Caller IDsList owned caller IDs with ownership-verification status and inbound-campaign assignment.
  • List CallsReturn one page of account call records for outcome and duration review, with an opaque cursor for the next page.
  • List Campaign EventsList only the newest 100 delivery events for a campaign, ordered newest first. CallOnTheGo provides no cursor or continuation mechanism, so events older than this fixed window cann
  • List Campaign RecipientsList all recipients for a campaign with call status, attempts, machine detection, and cost estimates. CallOnTheGo does not paginate this endpoint, so campaigns with many recipients
  • List CampaignsList Voice AI campaigns with lifecycle state, linked resources, calling window, rate, estimated cost, compliance state, and timestamps.
  • List Contact ListsList campaign contact lists with valid, invalid, suppressed, and total recipient counts.
  • List ContactsReturn one page of contacts from the connected CallOnTheGo account for CRM lookup, with an opaque cursor for the next page.
  • List Phone NumbersList phone numbers owned by the connected CallOnTheGo account, including the resource records needed to identify numbers for later management.
  • List Suppression EntriesList Do-Not-Call suppression entries for the connected account.
  • Pause CampaignPause a running campaign while retaining its pending recipients for a later resume. The campaign must currently be running.
  • Queue Campaign LeadQueue one phone-number lead for dialing by a running campaign. This can place a call and incur charges; suppressed or already-active leads may return without a new dial.
  • Resume CampaignResume a paused campaign and immediately requeue its pending recipients for calls. Resuming can place calls and incur call charges.
  • Set Caller ID Inbound CampaignSet or clear the preferred inbound campaign assigned to an owned caller ID.
  • Update CampaignUpdate selected configuration fields on a draft or paused campaign. Running, completed, cancelled, and failed campaigns reject updates. Only explicitly supplied fields are changed.
  • Upload Audio AssetUpload an MP3 or WAV file as a reusable campaign audio asset. This creates stored account data but does not place calls; the API provides no route to delete the stored asset.
  • Upload Contact ListCreate a campaign contact list from a CSV file. CallOnTheGo normalizes phone numbers, removes duplicates, filters suppressed recipients, and persists the resulting contacts without
  • Upload Suppression CSVPersistently add many phone numbers to the Do-Not-Call list from a CSV file. Duplicate entries are skipped. This bulk change cannot be undone through the API because no suppression
  • Verify Caller IDSubmit an ownership-verification code for an existing caller ID and return whether it became verified or remains pending.
Access, and who is in charge of it

You stay the boss of your CallOnTheGo account.

Nothing connects until you approve it. You grant access one app at a time, you can take it back the same way, and everything your AI employee does in there is written down where you can see it.

How we handle your data
  • It signs in to your own CallOnTheGo account. You are not moving anything into ours.
  • You grant access one app at a time, and you can take it back the same way.
  • Everything it does in CallOnTheGo is written down, with what it did and when.
  • Anything you tell it to check with you first, it checks with you first.

Questions people ask about CallOnTheGo

Can an AI employee really work inside CallOnTheGo?
Yes. It signs in to your own CallOnTheGo account and works in it the way a new hire would, from the chat your team already has open. Nobody installs anything, and nobody learns a new screen.
Do I have to move anything out of CallOnTheGo?
No. Nothing moves and nothing is replaced. Your records stay in CallOnTheGo, your team carries on in the same screens they used yesterday, and your AI employee works alongside them in there.
How does it get into my CallOnTheGo account?
You paste in a key from your own CallOnTheGo account. It is kept encrypted, and you can withdraw it from inside CallOnTheGo whenever you like. You approve it before anything connects, and you can take the access back the same way you gave it.
What can it actually do in CallOnTheGo?
It has 29 ready-made tools in CallOnTheGo today, among them Add Suppression Entry, Cancel Campaign and Create Caller ID. The full list is on this page. It is not limited to those, but it never has to be taught them.
Can it use CallOnTheGo and the rest of my software in the same job?
Yes, and that is usually the point. Reading a message in one app, checking a record in CallOnTheGo and writing the result somewhere else is one request to your AI employee, not three separate ones you stitch together.
Who decides what it is allowed to do in CallOnTheGo?
You do. You grant access one app at a time and can withdraw it at any time, anything you ask it to check with you first it checks with you first, and everything it does in CallOnTheGo is written down with what it did and when.
