How to Add Envoy to Shopify

Copy your Envoy script tag
Log in to your Envoy dashboard, open Settings → Embed Code, and copy the <script> snippet. Keep this tab open — you will paste it in a moment.
Open your Shopify theme code editor
In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes. Click the three-dot menu next to your active theme and select Edit Code. This opens the Liquid template editor.
Add the script before </head> in theme.liquid
In the file tree on the left, click on theme.liquid under the Layout folder. Use Ctrl+F (or Cmd+F) to find the closing </head> tag. Paste your Envoy script tag on the line directly above </head>. Click Save.
Preview your store and verify
Click Preview next to your theme or open your store URL in a new browser tab. The Envoy chat widget should appear on your storefront, collection pages, product pages, and checkout pages. If it does not appear, confirm the script is inside the <head> tag and that you saved theme.liquid.
