CS (Commercial Shopping) is Tulsa's neighborhood-scale commercial district. It allows retail, restaurant, personal service, and small office uses at a scale compatible with adjacent residential neighborhoods.

CS has a 0.5 maximum FAR, 35-foot maximum building height, and a 25-foot front setback (reducible to a build-to in pedestrian frontage overlays). Common on Cherry Street, in Brookside, and in older neighborhood commercial nodes.

CS requires 1 parking space per 250 sq ft of GFA. Wall signs limited to 1 sq ft per linear foot of frontage; freestanding signs limited to 32 sq ft.
