The work log is the record of everything Sanaf has done, and the reports show whether it is being useful and what it is getting wrong.
The work log
Open Work log in the left rail. It lists the latest 100 entries, newest first, and refreshes by itself every few seconds while you have it open.
Each row shows:
- When it happened.
- Who did it, usually Sanaf.
- A one-line summary. For a conversation, the summary includes the start of what was asked.
- What kind of entry it is, such as turn for a conversation, approval, schedule, artifact for a file, or config change for a setting a person changed.
- A status: done, waiting, failed or nothing.
Select a row for a conversation held in the console chat to open that chat. Conversations in Slack or Teams stay in those apps, so their rows are not links.
Changes people make are recorded too, such as a rule taught to Sanaf, a memory forgotten, or a task removed.
The overview
Select Sanaf's name at the top of the left rail to open its overview. The first card, What Sanaf did for you, shows three numbers:
- Things done in the last 7 days.
- Times it checked with you first, over the same 7 days.
- Things waiting on you right now.
If something is waiting, a card below shows the first request, with Approve and Not this time.
How it is going
Open Settings, then How it is going. Choose 7 days, 14 days or 30 days at the top.
- The last 7 days (or the period you chose) counts conversations, things it checked with you about, what you said yes to, what you turned down, what nobody answered, and what is waiting now. If a request timed out with nobody answering, Sanaf did not act on it, so that work did not get done.
- By kind of thing breaks the requests down by the kind of action, with how many were asked, approved and turned down.
- What you turned down lists each declined request with its reason, or "No reason given".
