Publish pages with Sanaf

A page is a report, dashboard or write-up that Sanaf publishes as a web page, so a person can open it on a phone or a laptop instead of scrolling a chat. Ask for a page The simplest way is to ask Sanaf wherever you talk to it, for example "Put this week's numbers in a report page". Sanaf writes the page and hands back the link. You can also start from the console: 1. Open Pages in the left rail and press New page. 2. Pick a starting point: Weekly report, Data deep-dive, Client one-pager or Team guide. 3. You land in the chat with a prompt ready. Edit it if you like, then send it. To change a page, ask Sanaf in the same conversation. It updates the page it published. A page Sanaf writes itself costs nothing beyond the conversation it was made in. Some interactive web pages, such as a landing page or a sign-up page, are built with a paid page builder. Those cost credits and can ask for your approval first. Who can open a page Every page has one of two settings: - Anyone with the link: Sanaf hands the link into the channel that asked. The link works for 7 days from when it was made, for anyone who has it. - Members only: the page is opened from the Pages screen by someone signed in to the console. The link you get there works for 1 hour. Sanaf never puts a members-only link into Slack or Teams. It points people to the Pages screen instead. To set the choice for new pages, open the Settings tab on the Pages screen, pick one under Who can open a new page and press Save. It applies to pages made from now on. Manage your pages The Pages tab lists every page Sanaf has published for your workspace. You can search, filter by All pages or My pages, filter by access, sort, and switch between list and grid views. Open a page's row menu for: - Open and Copy link. - Rename. - Make members-only or Open to anyone with the link. - Put away, which removes the page from the list. You can also tick several pages and put them away together. Each row shows who asked for the page, when it was updated and how often it was opened. Opens are counted on the link, not on every file the page loads. Only an owner or a manager can rename a page, change its access, put it away or change the default. A space is a small live website or app that Sanaf builds and we host for you, such as a KPI dashboard, a sales pipeline, a client portal or a quote calculator. Spaces and pages A page is something people read. A space runs code and keeps records, so people can use it: add a lead, tick off a task, fill in a form. If you only need a report or a write-up with a shareable link, publish a page instead. Ask for a space Ask Sanaf in Slack, Teams or the console chat, for example "Build a tracker for our open jobs". The space appears on the Spaces screen when Sanaf has built it. You can also start from the console: 1. Open Spaces in the left rail and press Create space. 2. Pick a starting point: KPI dashboard, Sales pipeline, Client onboarding, Operations tracker, Quote calculator or Content calendar. Or press Start from scratch and describe what you want. 3. You land in the chat with a prompt ready. Edit it if you like, then send it. Sanaf builds the space as a draft, then publishes it so it goes live at its own address. Publishing costs credits, so Sanaf may ask for your approval first. Open and share a space The Spaces screen lists every space with its name, whether it is Live or a Draft, and whether it is Public or Private. Open a space's row menu for Open, Details, Copy link, Rename, Make public or Make private, and Put away. - Public: anyone with the address can open it, no sign-in needed. - Private: only a signed-in member can open it, from the console. The link you get there works for 1 hour. The space's own screen Press Details to see: - Opens, Credits so far and the live version. - A Preview of the live space. - Ask Sanaf to change it: press Open chat and describe the change. Sanaf edits the space and publishes the new version. - Who may open it, where an owner or a manager can switch between public and private or put it away. - Files and Records: what the space is made of and the records it keeps. - Last 14 days: files served, data reads and data writes per day. What a space costs A space costs credits while it is live. Each published space is charged a daily hosting fee, even on a day nobody opens it, plus the files it serves and the records it reads and writes. A draft that was never published costs nothing to host. If your workspace runs out of credits, every space pauses until you top up. A space also has a daily limit on how many requests it serves. To stop paying for a space, open its row menu and choose Put away. It goes offline and hosting stops after that day.
